I have one PSU connected to AFE which is 5V0, I also have other PSU connected to DSC device (320F28335) which is 3V3 (as well as 1V8).

What is the leakage current when AVDD=5V0 is switched OFF while BVDD=3V3 is left ON?

What is the leakage current when AVDD=5V0 is switch ON while BVDD=3V3 is left OFF?

Any risk of latch up issue at 125C?

The datasheet did not details about this possibility..........nor does it say it not allowed.

    From the power perspective of the ADS8361, there is no issue with turning off AVdd or BVdd while one or the other are still on assuming that the analog inputs (in the case of AVdd) or the digital inputs (from the BVdd side) are also off.  Can you give a little more detail on what you are trying to do in your application?

    The only leakage details I have are with repect to the analog inputs, but that is assuming the AVdd is up.
