Hello,

I want to ask if it is possible to connect Vhvss to 0V and Vhvdd to +5V? In datasheet states that min voltage is 5V but again it states that the test conditions are:

10V<VHVDD–VHVSS<30V

    I apologize for this delay in responding, I missed your post.

    Thank you for your interest in the ADS8634. It is not possible to supply this part you have described, as the 10<HVDD-HVSS<30V condition needs to be met.

    Could you share your system requirements? We have quite a few multi-channel ADC that support the operate with a 5V supply and we could recommend a different part for your application.
