Hi,
Due to some unresolved memory corruption issue and almost till the EOL of the above mentioned part, I would like to look for a newer microcontroller which could replace it. The brief requirements are:
1) The die size should preferablysame or smaller
2) Same or better (faster/better ENOB) ADC
3) Same number or more analog channel/DIO
4) Same of larger size of flash memory
