ADS1248EVM-PDK : how to use MPX

Hi,

I would like to ask you how to use ADS1248EVM-PDK.

My customer would like to get 4ch differential data continuously by changing MPX.

That is to say, changing 1ch → 2ch → 3ch → 4ch → 1ch.... by using MPX.

Though I checked the TI's tools(GUI) for ADS1248EVM-PDK, I could not find this kind of usage.

I suppose we can get just 1ch data by using GUI, not get continuously multiple channel data by using GUI.

Is my understanding correct?

If you know something information about this, please let me know.

    Do you mean the MUX instead of MPX? Based on your question, you are asking how to sequentially change the MUX get data from each pair of input channels.

    The GUI is not capable of that type of sequencing for taking data. There are plenty of applications that require this and the ADS1248 has been used in this manner, but it is not implemented in the ADS1248EVM-PDK.
