ADS58J89 Evaluation Module Issues

I'm trying to get my ADS58J89  evaluation module set up and working. When I start the GUI software I get a "FTDI Device Not Connected Properly" Error. The board is powered on and is recognized as "USB Serial Converter" in Device Manager. My TSW14J56EVM is recognized by the Data Converter Pro software, so I am only having as issue with the EVM software.

    Hi,

    The only issue i am aware of that can happen sometimes is an issue with drivers loading.  Our software team has prepared a pdf file to outline how to uninstall and then reinstall the FTDI drivers.  This information they got directly from the FTDI website.  I am attaching the file.  Please try this first and see if this solves the issue.  if so, then I will want to keep track of how often this is needed.  If not - then i think we take it from there.FTDI Driver Installation Procedure.pdf
