Hello Bridget,
Can you be more specific? The FPGA firmware is loaded a bit file from the WaveVision5 software. Are you asking if you can program the FPGA directly without the use of WaveVision5?

Yes, I want to use the FPGA to have all control and signal the FPGA by the external trigger, without using any software from PC, whatever WaveVision5/MATLAB/LABVIEW.
