Hi,

I'm doing a design with the ADC12D1600QML-SP. Is there any information on the tdiode_p/n pins? A recommended circuit?

The data sheet recommends using the LM95213 but I can't find any radiation data on that, so I'll probably have to design my own circuits to bias it and measure it.

Hi Rich,

We typically include the LM95233 temp sensor on our boards, see pg 4 of the schematic.

As far as characterization of the diode, we have some data that we've posted on the forums previously:

This was for the ADC10D1000, but the diode is the same for the ADC1XDXXXX family.

Thanks for the pointer to the data, it is very much appreciated. I saw the LM95233 on the schematic and board. The data will be useful for getting started on our own circuit.
