In our application we need to measurement only hart rate.

From User guide we need use green LED and PD Is it a best way to use NJL5310R with wavelength 800nm as in your application or another chip with one LED and phototransistor with peak wavelength same to LED, same to NJL5303R?

The NJL5310R would suit your application if you are only interested in heart rate.

One other comment, the NJL5303R with photo-transistor is not recommended to be used with the AFE4403.

Why the NJL5303 cant be used for HR monitor only? (no need for SPO2)

Its has wave length of 550nm for the Led and for the Photo transistor, while the NJL5510 has different wave length for the Led(550nm) and for the photo diode 800) ,

Will we have simple AFE for heart rate only?

Eli,

That sensor is for a photo-transistor and our AFE is specifically designed for a photodiode.

There are no plans for an AFE to do HR only, but the AFE44xx family can serve that purpose.
