DAC8411 replase device?

Dear TI

Customer was evaluating DAC8411, but they had noise issue due to VREF comes from AVDD.

Now customer is evaluating competitor device which is Analog devices. It have internal voltage for Vref.

So is there any recommendation device in stead of DAC8411 to avoid Vref noise issue?

I asked competitor's device in Analog device to customer but I couldn't get it.

If do you have competitor's parts number for DAC8411, please let me know.

    Hello,

    I suspect the ADI device is AD5683R. At this time the nearest replacement to this device in the TI portfolio is the DAC8560.

    The DAC8411 does use the supply voltage as the reference voltage, but it does not require much current. It is possible to supply the DAC8411 with a reference device like the REF5050 to enhance performance. The REF5050 has decent PSRR over frequency, so it should be able to reject noise from the input supply. The success of this rejection is dependent on the band of this noise.
