Wheatstone Data Acquisition System Design

Hi,
I am looking for a paper or a tutorial on designing the sense circuit of a wheatstone bridge output sensor. This is more for theoretical learning rather than a practical application. 

I want to know how to design the anti-aliasing filter, ADC specs like # of bits and aliasing frequency given a sensor output voltage, bandwidth and desired ODR from ADC.
