    I can not understand why the information about the process technology for example for this ADC chip -> www.ti.com/.../adc08351.pdf is not hidden (it is 0.35 micron CMOS process), and for other chips this type of information requires a MIC NDA ?

    I'm sorry, but I don't have any control over other devices that have that information already disclosed, but it has been instructed to me that I cannot give out process information for our devices without the MIC NDA.

    Again, if you wish to pursue the MIC NDA, I can help you with that.
