DAC38J84, I plan to use this DAC as single ended (not I and Q). And plan to sample at 2.5GSPS to sample 1GHz BW. DO you see issue with BW support or any other performance issue

Hi Baljit,

This is possible, however you must send the data into the part as complex baseband data in order to achieve 1 GHz of bandwidth. You must then use the complex mixer to mix the signal with 500 MHz to generate output signals from DC to 1 GHz.

The DAC38J84 contains two complex data paths, each capable of 1 GHz of bandwidth. So you will be limited to two 1 GHz output signals, meaning you cannot achieve 1 GHz of real bandwidth from all 4 DACs due to data rate limitations.
