ADC128S102 Power up sequency

Hi,

I'm having some problems in the power-up sequency of the ADC128S102.

The data sheet indicates that it is first necessary to provide analog power and then the digital power. But the ADC only work when i first turn on the digital power and after the analog.

Does anyone know what the correct way to power-up this ADC?

Hello,

It is necessary to power up the analog first so that the ESD diodes do not turn on. (Page 20 of the datasheet.) If you are using the ADC with the analog and digital supplies at the same value, it is best just to tie them together.

Could you describe what you mean by it does not work?

The problem is solved. I think the ADC was damage, because I change it and now is working.
