Hey Alex,

To be clear, are you asking how long it will take for the modulator to settle if the input is railed momentarily then returns to the valid range?

Hey Alex,

The settling of the PGA output will be limited by its bandwidth. Typical bandwidth specifications can be found on page 19 of the datasheet. I'd say in the worst case, it would take roughly 60 us for the PGA to settle completely. The modulator should settle much faster. The part of this device that will take much longer to settle is the digital filter, since this filter has a sinc response. You said you were not interested in DSP time, though so I assume you understand that delay.
