ADC128S102 Power up sequency

Hi,

I'm having some problems in the power-up sequency of the ADC128S102.

The data sheet indicates that it is first necessary to provide analog power and then the digital power. But the ADC only work when i first turn on the digital power and after the analog.

Does anyone know what the correct way to power-up this ADC?

    There are ESD protection diodes to the analog supply. that is why it is necessary to bring up the analog supply first. generally, we bring them up at the same time. since the supplies never separate by more than a diode, there is no problem. have you tried connecting the supplies (analog and digital)? or does your application require them to be separate?
