Hi, Folks
In my understanding, measurement result is NOT affected by HVDD or HVSS accuracy.
i.e.
HVDD is generated from LDO. It will be 4.95V (-1% against from 5V)
HVSS is also generated from LDO. It will be 5.05V(+1% against from 5V)
Even if this condition above voltages are NOT affected to measurement accuracy, only depends on VREF accuracy.
Am I correct?
