ADC12D1800RB/NOPB reference design docs refer to older revision

We've recently purchase two  ADC12D1800RB/NOPB eval cards, we're attempting to sample at 3.6GHz. but having some start up issues.

When I tried to download design reference doc, things don't line up and wondering if someone could update the online links. 

The eval units we received have FMC style connectors similar to http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/snau146/snau146.pdf

The online reference docs is shown below. Unfortunately the schematic refers to an older design that has Mictor style connectors.

The basic question I have are:

1. Where can I find the latest WaveVision software?
2. Where can I find the updated schematic document?
3. ADC12D1x00RB Design Package refers to adc12d100_rb.v.  Where can I find the latest FPGA source code?
