Hello,

My customer has a question about LM15851.

[Q]

Is it able to choose an output sample format in "Offset binary" or "Singled 2's complement" ?

(I think the answer is NO, because decimated modes of ADC12J4000 always output in singled 2's complement.)

Does it always output in singled 2's complement ?

The complex output data of the LM15851 is always output in signed 2's complement format.

The selection of offset binary or signed 2's complement is only available in the ADC12J4000, ADC12J2700 and ADC12J1600, when those devices are operated in 12 bit DDC Bypass Mode.

I will correct that error in the next revision of the LM15851 datasheet.
