AFE4400 alive or not

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: AFE4400, MSP430FR5969

Hi TI,

I am working with a custom board built around the MSP430FR5969 and the AFE4400. When I verified the voltages on the AFE4400 to check whether it was alive or not, I got the following values:

(1) Voltage between TX_REF/RX_ANA_GND (pins 3 and 9 of the AFE4400): Board 1 := 1.38 V, Board 2 := 3.2 V (expected voltage = 0.75 V).

(2) Voltage on VCM (pin 4 of the AFE4400): Board 1 := 0 V, Board 2:= 0 V (expected voltage = 0.9 V)

(3) Voltage on BG (pin 7 of the AFE4400): Board 1 := 0 V, Board 2 := 0 V (expected voltage = 1 V)

I wonder this is enough to comment whether the AFE4400 is dead or not.

Thanks,
