I don´t understand the formula for the LSB that appears on page 46 of ADS1298 datasheet.
(Table 13)
+VREF/(2^(23) – 1)
If the ADC has 24 bits of resolutions, and the more significative bit is for the sign of the signal. The LSB should be +VREF/(2^(23))
why appears that "-1" there?

Thank you for your question. The "-1" is simply there to show that we are not counting code "0" in both the positive and negative halves of the ADC transfer function. I think it is more accurate to show the "-1" on only one side as described in the table below, where "FS" represents full-scale = Vref. We will include this feedback in our update of the ADS1298 datasheet later this year.
