I have a TI ADS1293EVM which has ADS1293 and a microcontroller MSP430F5529. I am trying to check the SPI with another microcontroller but I think the given microcontroller(MSP430F5529) is interfering with my SPI. Is that possible? what should I do to stop that? is there a way to bypass the MSP430F5529? thanks!!

Apparently you are using the signals on J2 to connect the an external MCU. The MSP430F5529 is the master on the SPI, you need to avoid BUS contention by disabling the MSP430F5529 from the bus by removing components, there is no bypass mode because the board was not indented for use by external MCU.
