Bluetooth characteristics definitions for AFE4403-HREVM Heart Monitor Watch bluetooth

Hello,

I am developing software that uses bluetooth to communicate  with the AFE4403-HREVM Heart Monitor. So far I see one service with three characteristics.  My only issue is I don't see a guide that explains the function of each of these characteristics.  I assume one is the heart rate but what are the others? Is there a document that describes these three bluetooth characteristics?
