Hello Asai-san,
Peak-to-peak noise can be calculated from the RMS noise in Table 1 as Vn(pp) = 2*sqrt(2)*Vn(rms). The peak noise (Vn(p)) is also equal to 1-sigma deviation from the mean in the histogram noise plots.
Using this Vn(pp) value, Noise-Free Bits = ln(Vref / Vn(pp)) / ln(2).
