I am using AFE 4490 GUI..It records the pulse oximeter waveforms for a given sample values for a particular time.how can u make it a real-time(ie abnormality found out while recording the signal and not after finished recording)...The recorded signal along with its histogram and DFT values are saved in an excel file.. how do we change that and make it  to our suitable file

    Hello Rohit,

    Welcome to TI E2E forum.

    The AFE4490 GUI only allows to capture the real time PPG data in finite capture mode (depending on number of samples) or continuous capture mode. It does not allow to process live PPG signals to detect abnormalities.

    You should be able to develop your own GUI (Matlab or Labview based) to suit your needs.
