Issues with AMC1200 (non-linearity and excessive noise)

We use the AMC1200 for signal isolation, however, our customers have complained about performance delivered. After extensive investigation we were able to identify some non-linearities as well as noise that your chip adds to the signal and we'd like to either find ways to mitigate those or even replace the chip for another higher performance of your suggestion.

Does anybody have any suggestions on alternative parts with same/similar footprint but better performance?

    Filtering is the first option to mitigate the noise at the amplifier output (provided the filtering does not cut into your signal of interest).

    What is the bandwidth of the signal you are amplifying?

    For isolated signal acquisition and amplification, the next family of products that provide higher performance would be our line of isolated delta-sigma modulators (AMC1304 and AMC1305). Note, however, that you would need a digital filter in order to obtain meaningful results.

    Thank you for your fast response.
    Sadly as our signals are in the range of the noise (10s of kHz) filtering is not an option. We were hoping for a "quieter" alternative.
    Something closer to the performance of the AD chip that we replaced with yours:

    But, if you don't think this is possible, this is a good piece of information and will help us move forward.

    We also observed some non-linearities caused by this chip. Do you have any strategies to mitigate those?

    You're welcome.

    I do not know of any easy analog way to correct for the non-linearity of the device. One way to achieve the objective would be to digitize the signal and correct it in the digital domain with a look-up table or mathematical function.
