Where to find TVP5145 Evaluation Module?

Does anyone have any idea where I could find a TVP5145 Evaluation Module? I've looked everywhere online and it seems like this legacy EVM is history.

The TVP5145 is VERY old and has been superseded by the TVP5146/47/50/51 devices.

I suggest looking at those devices unless you have a VERY specific reason to use the TVP5145.
