Hi,
The data sheet for the ADC12D1600QML states that the Calibration Cycle Time (tCAL) is 4.1 x 10^7 clock cycles. At 1 GSPS this is 41 ms. This specification is listed as a typical. What is the maximum value for this parameter?
Thanks,
rich

Hello Rich
The number shown in the datasheet is the really the max.
A more precise number of the actual cycle count is: 4.098 x107
Hi Kirby,
Thanks for the clarification. I have a timer measuring the calibration time and put a safety factor on it which I can now remove.
By the way, the data sheet that I have is SNAS615, December 2012, for ADC12D1600QML. Is that the most up to date data sheet?
Cheers,
rich :-)
