RoHS status of ADC12662CIV and possible replacement parts

I would need information on the RoHS status of the part ADC12662CIV. If it is not RoHS compliant (as I suspect), I would need to find a replacing part. I have found pages that suggest that ADC12662CIVF would be RoHS compliant but have not found the material definition data sheet (MDDS) for it or any other certificates to confirm this. Please advice.

    More than likely this part was never RoHS compliant. Regardless, this ADC is obsolete. A potential replacement part could be the ADS7882. this device is RoHS compliant. Hopefully you can find something you are looking for using the parametric search engine for Precision ADC (<=10MSPS)
