If the JESD204B set values as follows: Does it support 4Ghz Rate?
(Condition value.
Do not use decimation capabilities.
L = 2
M = 2
F = 2
S = 1
Frame CLK = 200Mhz, Sample_CLK = 200Mhz.

    Henry,

    On sheet 27 of the data sheet, you will see this is not a valid option. If you want to bypass decimation mode, you must use at least 4 lanes. In your case, the lane rate would be Fs * 10 * F/S = 4GHz using L = 4. If you can only use 2 lanes, you will have to use decimate mode.
