HSDC Pro V400 refuses to work on a HP XW9400 workstation

Hi there,

I have installed HSDC Pro v4.00 on a HP xw9400 workstation, but it did not work and stopped at the starting window (the figure below). I have re-installed the software, Labview even Windows 7 OS, the problem continues. Can someone help me out? Thanks in advance!
