Communication error between AFE4490 SPO2 module EVM GUI on windows 10

Hi,

 After updating operating system from windows 8.1 to windows 10, the AFE4490 Evaluation module fails to communicate with AFE44XX EVM GUI. Please suggest a solution.

    Hello Joshua,

    The AFE4490 GUI requires the USB device description to be AFE44x0SPO2-FE EVM (COMxx)

    Based on your Device Manager screenshot, it seems like the USB is getting recognized as USB Serial Device (COMxx)

    Currently we have not tested the GUI with Windows 10.

    Can you update the driver software and manually install the USB driver from the AFE4490 Default installation directory?

    If you are having difficulty in updating the driver software, could you delete the current driver software from your PC and install the USB driver following the guidelines outlined in the AFE4490 Development guide (Section 3.3 of the Users guide).
