I am trying to use a microcotroller other than MSP430 to communicate with the AFE4403. I am trying to develop a communication platform between the EVM and PC.And I am facing quite some issues in the Register reading and writing data. Will it be possible you help me out here by any means?

You can try using the MSP430 source code as a reference for how the data is transmitted. It shows how reading and writing data are processed.

And the AFE4403 in register 20H and 21H specify the CF values as 5pf+5pf , 15pf +5pf and so on. Could you please tell me what exactly do these(the + 5pf) refer to?  If I am trying to change the capacitance value in the Rx stage the same is not reflected when I read that register for the value! For instance If I change 5pf to 10 pf or 15pf no change in the register value is reflected!

The source code is located on our product folder under "tools and software". www.ti.com/.../toolssoftware

In the GUI, by default, "Enable separate gain mode" is not checked in the Rx Stage tab. Because of this only register 0x21 will change for the Cf value. If this box is checked then you can change each stage separately and each register value will change.

Cf is the feedback capacitor to the TIA.
