Is ADC12D1800RF using the same DIE as ADC12D1800?

I would like to know if ADC12D1800RF is using the same DIE as ADC12D1800? What's the difference between these two ADCs?

Hi Bin

These devices have different die, with some performance improvement and feature differences made on the 'RF devices over the earlier non-RF.

Please see the attached document near the bottom of this earlier thread for more information.
