ADS1298ECG Front End Performance Demonstration Kit will not install properly

I ordered this board to help me prototype a senior project I have planned for at UF and has taken me longer to set this up then I could have initially guessed. While installing I get an error libusb0.dll cannot be found and if I ignore this the board will just keep telling me to reset. I had found some firmware files for this evaluation board on the TI website that do nothing to aid me and when I search this issue I find that the software will not run on a 64bit computer, but I could not find a 32bit computer anywhere(friends, school,etc.) and now Im a week invested in this device that was first thought to help aid in elevating time into the project. Can you help please =(.
