I want to interact ads1298 with ATMEL ATMega16 how it is possible what is circuit and memory requirment things ??

Hey Harsh,

Information about the SPI interface with the ADS1298 is available in the datasheet for that device. Unfortunately I will not be able to support questions about Atmel products, but I would read the datasheet for that product as a starting point.

Hey Harsh,

The only connections you'd need to make between the device are the SPI pins and the DRDY pin. DIN corresponds to MOSI, DOUT corresponds to MISO, CS corresponds to CS (or FSYNC, not sure what it is called on MSP), and SCLK goes to SCLK. Connect the DRDY pin to some general purpose input pin on the MSP in so the processor knows when new conversion data is ready.
