Group Delay correction for DAC 3482

Hi,

I came across a previous post on the same topic but I guess I had to ask again for specific DAC rates. I am looking to set the Group Delay in DAC 3482 and was not sure what value to put. It says contact TI for application information. I am running the DAC at 250 MS/s. Could you please tell me what group delay should I set?

Hi,

The group delay setting depends on the I/Q delay balance through out your signal chain after the DAC. The delay variation could be introduced through PCB traces, anti-aliasing filters, and even the internal delays due to the I/Q modulator. We can send data via private message, but there is no fixed settings as the settings are completely system dependent.
