I am very new to this firm.
And i got AFE4490 and also got its data sheet and GUI and GUI's user guide and i did couple of observation from the GUI it self and got some wave fourm in four plots.
I also gone through the data sheet of AFE4490 but was unable to find any kind of algorithm saying about the heat rate calculation.
After googling around i found following link in which they are discussing about the heart rate calculation in #18 discussion.

I also found sample code of AFE4490 EVM's firmware from the below link in which i was unable to find the heart rate calculation any where, but it does the job of collecting useful data from the (six of the registers ) registers of AFE 4490.

So now my query is what should be done after reading all those SPI' s register which would contain the data after conversion i.e LED2VAL - register and 5 more register ?
What calculation i should perform to get a heart rate after reading all the six registers of AFE4490?
Also i didn't get the heart rate calculation algorithm as mention above in the link's #18 discussion so can any body help here?
Please let me know if i can provide any other details from my side.
