No signal can be obtained on TXN & TXP pins in AFE4490

Hi,

I am using a custom board on AFE4490. I have used the source code provided for AFE4490SPO2EVM, I have dsPIC33EP512MU810  as master controller to do all the necessary configurations via SPI. The AFE chip is working properly as I have checked the AFE_PDNZ ,RESET are high and getting proper voltages on pins BG, TX_REF, VCM. CLOCKOUT of 4MHz. But no signal on the TXP and TXN pins, unless these pins have analog sig i cannot read the value from the sensors. So please help me out getting the solution for the problem.
