How much memory needed to store one YCbCr 4:2:2 Frame?

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TVP5150AM1

I want to make a time base corrector/frame synchronizer using the TVP5150AM1. My idea is to use one TVP5150AM1 to primarily extract sync from the reference/genlock video signal, and another TVP5150AM1 to grab the video frame of the video-to-be-synced. Essentially, I want to strip the sync from one video signal and re-encode it using the sync of a different video signal.

How much memory is needed for a single YCbCr 4:2:2 frame? I believe I will need to use an asynchronous FIFO memory IC which is “fed” a frame by the second/video TVP, and “clocked out” to an encoder by the first/genlock TVP.
