Hello,
I am currently trying to interface a PIC microcontroller with the ADS1298ECGFEPDK board, without the MMB0 evaluation board. I have ran into an issue regarding how to power the ADS1298ECGFEPDK board without the MMB0 board. I was planning on accessing pin 10 of J4 and connecting it to 5V from the PIC's development board. However, I am concerned about whether or not this would be sufficient given this passage from the ADS1298ECGFEPDK datasheet,
"The ADS1298 can operate in a single supply with +3.0V to +5.0V analog supply (AVDD/AVSS) or bipolar mode supply (±1.5V to ±2.5V). An additional digital supply of and +1.8V to +3.0V digital supply (DVDD) is required for operation." (pg.41)
I don't understand all of this passage and I am concerned as to whether or not I'm giving the board enough power. Any thoughts?
Thanks,
