I am using ADS1292R and sampling at 500sps and with the register settings as per attached file.

Now I am facing a very strange problem.
When I feed a sine wave it gets modulated as per attached image pic1.jpg
Also when I connect ECG Simulator, the QRS waves slowly starts to decrease in amplitude then disappears and reappears after few seconds.
I have switched off the respiration modulator and demodulator. Also I have checked the signal source and simulator for any faults and everything is proper.
Is there something I am missing? I feel this is due to some aliasing effect. Can you suggest some changes?
