thermal resistance of ADS807E

I apply MIL-HDBK-217F to predict the failure rate of ADS807E.

My question is:How many transistors or MOS in these chips?

And I need the thermal resistance from junction to case (theta-jc) for ADS807E.The datasheet provide only junction to ambient.

    Hi,

    This is a very old device, originally a Burr Brown device.  We no longer have access to the original designers to get access to things like gate count or transistor count.

    For the theta-jc I have submitted a thermal modeling request for this device.  That may take a week or two to complete.
