Choosing an ADC free of external clock signals

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LMX2581, ADC3224

Greetings,

I would like to convert the analog output of a PDB460C-AC photodetector into digital pulses. I use it to track a nearly sinusoidal signal modulation that occurs at ~200 kHz and I would like to track it with at least 8 bit precision, so my sampling rate should be 100 MSPS or higher. Each bit should be fed into a separate coaxial cable, so a parallel interface is required.

All the ADCs I've found that match these requirements need an external clock input, or an external ENCODE input that can be fed by a sinusoidal input. Can you please advise if there's a suitable ADC that uses an internal clock? Otherwise, Can you please suggest an ADC + clock combination that suits my needs?

Many thanks,

Lior
