Strange... I was able to download the software just fine right now from the product page. Perhaps an alternative method is to navigate to ftp.ti.com by typing that address into your browser and then navigating to the correct folder as shown in the link address that you copied above.

Interesting. These are the stuff I tried, and they don't work:

- Full link through browsers in two completely independent networks (ISP).
- Full link through windows explorer.
- ftp://ftp.ti.com through browsers and windows explorer.
- ftp.ti.com through filezilla. Message:
Connecting to 192.91.75.223:21...
Status: Connection attempt failed with "EACCES - Permission denied".

We have purchased a kit which should arrive any day. I wonder if there could be, exceptionally, a link you can send me. It would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry about the delay. I can't be sure what the issue is. It could very well be a proxy or firewall blocking this, either in your network infrastructure or local software, such as an anti-virus suite. If I had to guess, I would assume this is a local software AV suite blocking outbound FTP connections. However, I can’t say for sure without knowing your setup or having access to the FTP session log (which browsers would not usually offer). Would it be possible to download after disabling your anti-virus software momentarily?
