I have two questions about AMC1200.
A problem that a gain decreased with the isolation amplifier of other makers happened.
A pollution ion invaded the IC inside.
The distance between the drain and the source shortened.
The reference voltage decreased.

Is AMC1200BDWVR designed in consideration of the influence on pollution ion from such outside ?
2.
In a constant temperature high humidity pressurization electricity examination , a defective mode happens .
It seems to occur when I carry it out for approximately 800h, is there such a test data?
