Since the two schematics were done by two different companies, there is a good chance the net naming will not exactly match. Please send me the two schematics you are referring to and I will take a look at them.

i have this schematic. in this schematic at page 4 the pin 66,72,78,84,90,96,102 is connected to 12V(NC) but in board schematic 64,70,76,82,88,94,100 is connected to 12V(NC).

In one schematic, the GND pins in the  first bank are omitted, so the total number of pins shown is less than the other schematic. Both are the same connectors though and the signals are on the same physical pins. This is why the numbering does not line up.
