Some TS3L110 are fault in our product, the pin 1(s) is shorted to pin 8 (gnd), meanwhile some IO pins e.g. pin2 (IA0), pin 4(YA) are also shorted to pin 8 (resistance from 10Ohm to 100 Ohm). What is the possible reason? Are additional clampping diodes necessary to protect these pins?
