We have purchased an AFE4490EVM board with finger tip sensor and installed the GUI software for it in PC as per the instruction in quick start guide (www.ti.com/.../slau480cstep of quick start guide (www.ti.com/.../slau480c.pdf).
Now the hardware is connecting to the PC properly ("Connected" status showing in GUI and a blue LED indication showing in board) , but while capturing signal it showing an arbitrary signal other than PPG signal showed in the user menu.
We have tested the sensor cable, it works fine. We don't know what's problem with this board.
