Hi TI experts,

I am using the GUI from TI to capture data from EVM board, but now, whenever I open the GUI the following popout stops the process...

    Hello Qi,

    I am checking with the software team for the sources of the error.

    While I am looking into it, could you please let me know if
    1. you are executing the GUI in administrator mode
    2. you can see the Device listed in the COM port of the Device Manager
    3. you are able to run the GUI in simulation mode (without the EVM connected to the PC)
    4. you have tried uninstalling the GUI and reinstalling it

    1. yes, in administrator mode
    2. yes, it is in the COM list
    3. yes, simulation mode looks good
    4. not yet. I will try it now.
