I'd like to sense muscle tension, and if possible, charge flowing through nerve fibers. Can someone recommend a book or app notes that introduce the common structures used? I've designed filters, FPGAs, SoCs, software. I've never worked with DSPs, amplifiers, sensors. Thank you!
